My name is Emily and I am the mother of two little ones and have been married for 4 years. Our family of four lives out in the quiet, country serving Waxhaw-Monroe, North Carolina. I believe in living intentionally and being rooted in Jesus. I find so much joy and inspiration in being a homemaker and choosing a slow-paced life. As often as I can, I find cracks in my day to squeeze in some favorite hobbies such as baking, gardening, reading, and walks in the woods.
My inspiration as an artist often comes from the moments I find beautiful in my own life. The little hand that reaches for yours to hold on tight, prepping dinner as the sun dips below the horizon as your husband gives you a squeeze hello from behind, the toddler crawling into your lap, the baby resting on your hip.
Blessing others with the gift of photography is the biggest passion of mine. I want your little moments to be celebrated and remembered for a lifetime.

Meet The Artist Behind The Lens
how it Began
Becoming a mother fueled me with creativity. Every mother wants to create a magical childhood for their children. Photography was the medium I was able to express that desire. I began to envision images that I wanted to create with them. From making cookies to picnics in the local parks, I curated these storytelling photographs that evoked the magic of motherhood. I started sharing them and they spoke to people so deeply, I knew I had launched something special. While I spend most of my day holding babies, flipping loads of laundry, making meals, cleaning up said barely-touched meal, unloading the dishwasher (again), then letting the toys stay out overnight because I just don't have it in me to put them away....the photographs I have with them remind me to leave room in the business of motherhood to take time to be present for those moments that feel like magic because they are real and will be cherished for years to come.
